Is tire company liable for tire explosion?

in order for the tire company to be liable, your tire had to be mounted properly, balanced right, and the load limit on the tire must not have been exceeded. also they should not have been driven faster than what the tire reccomends, and they must be inflated properly. if all these conditions are met, then yes, sue the tire manufactuer. if the tire was mounded or balanced wrong, or if it was the wrong tire for the car, sue the garage. if it wasnt inflated propery, driven too fast, or overloaded, then im sorry to say that would be your own fault. good luck!
