What can I study at Uni with these A-levels and GCSEs?

you won't be able to study much at university with those a levels.they are mainly considered as soft a levels, especially business studies and health and social care, ict isn't very good either, and not many universities like them. as a result it is going to be hard for you to go anyway with them no matter what grades you get.
