Stabbing Pain under my left ?

So im 15 years old and i thought that this happens to old people. Lately I've had a this poking/stabbing pain under my left . Is this something serious? I have to apply pressure on the area so it would kinda stop hurting. No pills or pain relievers have helped? What could this be??? I dont smoke or drink. soooo.....HELP?!?!!?!
